Posted July 8, 20241 yr Hi, Our users can't connect to WS One Intelligent Hub to access Apps and enrollment for new users is not working. We only receive "Error Code 500": Everything seems fine in UEM, but on Access (on-premise) I can see that we can't connect with Workspace ONE UEM API Server. We can normally access https://myinstance/API/help/#!/apis from our environment, but from some reason Access can't. Can someone point me where might be the problem?
July 10, 20241 yr Employee Is UEM on-premises as well? What API server is listed in the UEM integration settings in Access?
July 10, 20241 yr Author Hi, UEM is SaaS. Anyway, it was network problem by our ISP, we were able to solve it by rerouting the traffic from Access to UEM
