Horizon Recording Viewer User

In documentation say: "  By default, the administrator has full control of the service settings, while the viewer can only find, watch, and download recordings."

But, viewer user does not have download opcion enabled. Only administrator can download recording.

That is an error in the docs, a user can not download recording out of security/privacy reasons.. only an admin can download. I'll get that fixed, sorry for the confusion

Can a user other than the administrator be created who can download the recordings?

We need this is required for audit.

you can link it to your ad so ad groups will be used.
