Error 502 virtualization disabled

Hi All,

We are doing PoC App Volume in our customer, we have already installed all requirements for running App Volume

but unfortunately we found an issue "  Error 502 virtualization disabled " when accessing vapp package from app volume

please help for this issue because we running out of time for this PoC

Hi, Is both the Agent and Manager configured to use the same port?

Are there any DNS related issues between the Manager and Agent machines?

You can open an SR with us where we can work to resolve your issue.

try to open the AppVolumesManager Console from the VM you get the ERror Code from in a Browser.

If that works, there is at least a connection and you can exclude that.
