Employee Clifford O'Rourke Posted July 18 Employee Posted July 18 Hi, Is both the Agent and Manager configured to use the same port? Are there any DNS related issues between the Manager and Agent machines? You can open an SR with us where we can work to resolve your issue.
TobiasK Posted July 23 Posted July 23 try to open the AppVolumesManager Console from the VM you get the ERror Code from in a Browser. If that works, there is at least a connection and you can exclude that.
