Dominik Posted July 26 Posted July 26 Hello, anyone have a experience about COM Redirection on Linux client? Dominik Jakubowski EUC Expert | vExpert ⭐️⭐️⭐️ VDI Ninja https://vdesktop.ninja
BenTrojahn Posted August 1 Posted August 1 I assume you are talking Linux client to Windows.... That seems to work the same as windows client except the linux com device source would be something like '/dev/ttyUSB0' . I think the 9600 baud limit is still a thing. If your having issues knock the speed down. Its been a few years and may be conflating issue, but i seem to recall an issue with USB 3.1 you can try another port.
Employee Ning Ge Posted August 29 Employee Posted August 29 @Dominik Linux client support SerialPort Redirection in Horizon 8. Both COM & USB serialport. Just ping me if you still have questions.
