Daisuke Yajima Posted July 29 Posted July 29 Hello, I'm looking for a comparison table of Workspace ONE editions. The comparison table I can find through an internet search is currently on the vmware.com domain website (here). Does anyone know if there is a comparison table of Workspace ONE editions published on the omnissa.com domain website or not? Regards 1
Employee Trutch Posted July 31 Employee Posted July 31 I've asked about this internally, I'll get back to you again once I have a response. 2
Employee Trutch Posted July 31 Employee Posted July 31 @Daisuke Yajima I've been updated overnight that this is currently being worked on and will be published on the Omnissa website once complete. I don't have an ETA at this point. 1

Alexander Hermann Posted November 19 Posted November 19 @Trutch Thank you for the latest comparison table. Workspace ONE Assist is listed twice in the table. (“Remote Support” and “Workspace ONE Assist”) It would be a little clearer if features did not appear more than once.
Stefan Tacke Posted November 19 Posted November 19 @Alexander Hermann This is a list of features that are possible in DEX. However, the explanation also states that it is WSO Assist. "Remote view and control capabilities for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux powered by Workspace ONE Assist." 1
Alexander Hermann Posted November 19 Posted November 19 @Stefan Tacke To be honest, I don't know what to do with your answer. My message was intended as feedback. I have no questions on the matter. Assist is always a paid add-on. It is simply not well organized when add-ons like Assist are listed more than once with different names.
Stefan Tacke Posted November 19 Posted November 19 @Alexander Hermann Well, I dissagree with you that it is not well organized. In the first part you see what you can do with DEX like Insights and Remote support and it says what Addon you need. In the Addon Section it gives you the available Addons with the right name. So to me it makes sense because that way I can see the use cases and the add-ons 1
