Hi,

since a few days I am not able to download software in the my.workspaceone.com website.
I have the role of a technical admin and can open support requests and create install tokens but Download Area shows no results.
Is it a general problem for others too or just on my side?

When will this problem be solved? It's getting embarrassing for Omnissa that it's taking so long to fix this problem.
