Convert a DEM 2312 installation to NoAD Mode

I am curious if anyone is aware of a method of enabling NoAD mode for an installation of DEM 2312.  According to posted documentation, to change an installation from NoAD mode to NoAD mode you need to uninstall and then install using the command line install of :

msiexec.exe /i “VMware Dynamic Environment Manager Enterprise 2312 10.12 x64.msi” /qn /l* InstallDEM.log NOADCONFIGFILEPATH=\Filesrv\DemConfig$\General

My request is for the reverse, is it possible to edit a file, a reg key, something to switch an installation not running in NoAD mode to NoAD mode.   I have found an error by using the new flexengine command within the 2312 version of: "<C:\Program Files\Immidio\Flex Profiles\FlexEngine.exe>" -ApplyNoADSettings 

When I ran this I got an error which is attached stating " -ApplyNoADSettings can only be used if NoAD mode is enabled.
