Posted August 3, 2024Aug 3 Upgraded Horizon Connection Server to release 2406. Installed new Public CA Certificate on Connection server, restart services. Using any of the browsers getting same error message when trying to login to console. "Page failed to load. Please refresh the browser to reload the page". Also noted the Domain field is blank with no drop-down option. Note: Able to install new UAG 2406, with Public CA Certificate and Horizon Connection Server thumbprint. External UAG link working with client connection options.
August 3, 2024Aug 3 Do you see any error in the console of the browser (Dev tools)? Please try it in an incognito tab also.
August 3, 2024Aug 3 @CarlosM Hello, Your problem looks like the symptom described in below KB. Unable to login to Horizon Admin Console. Error: "Page failed to load. Please refresh the browser to reload again" (94217) Hope this helps Edited August 4, 2024Aug 4 by Daisuke Yajima
August 19, 2024Aug 19 Employee Hello, Are you connecting using localhost, fqdn or IP address? does it make any difference if you try all these options?
