Upgrade path from Horizon 2312.1 to 2406

Hello Team,

My customer is looking for upgrade path from 2312.1 (his current version) to Horizon 2406. 

I see the upgrade path in this link is not yet updated: https://interopmatrix.omnissa.com/Upgrade?productId=569

Can someone officially confirm the upgrade path is supported and any special considerations before we upgrade?
