Employee Kenny Takahashi Posted August 20 Employee Share Posted August 20 (edited) There’s still time to join our Intel Chip-to-Cloud public beta. If you haven’t already participated in Workspace ONE or Horizon beta projects, you can visit the beta portal (https://beta.omnissa.com/enter/) to sign up and try the Chip-to-Cloud integration along with many other projects. Plenty of content has been shared about how Workspace ONE and Horizon can help in critical situations – some popular topics include using self-service BitLocker key retrieval, determining impacted devices, mitigating outages with Horizon. The Intel Chip-to-Cloud integration is another valuable capability when facing these types of challenges. It provides out of band management controls directly from the Workspace ONE UEM console…something that can be extremely useful in blue screen of death (BSOD) situations like we saw in July. When an impacted endpoint with restricted physical access needs a reboot, admins can remotely support with power controls. For more complex needs, full keyboard, video, mouse access is supported to access BIOS and recovery mode – functional OS not needed. There is no additional infrastructure or software needed to support these actions because we have enabled cloud-native integration between the Intel Endpoint Cloud Services and the Workspace ONE UEM platform.
