can anyone point me in the right direction to download the fling ESO for monitoring UAGs?

It's mentioned under "Monitor UAG with Edge Services Observability" in the link below, but the link goes to a broadcom page and it's removed.

You can now download ESO on the Broadcom Flings page.

You need to login broadcom portal, but once you log in you can see download link of ESO applicance as shown in following image.
