Hub signin out and not displaying all options

We have 3 new users, using Iphone 15, but when setting up Secure hub, all the managed apps download slowly but in secure hub the display is not the normal secure hub page.

User is unable to get into optional additional apps, or sync the device from the device, it list the below screen.

It also randomly signs them out of workspace Hub app, and the user has to repeatedly sign back in to the app

On the management hub it is listing as complaint but still not getting all the options on the device it self.

We have tried wiping and resetting the phone back up on OS 18 but same issue as on OS 17.

 

We then set up a new phone with a user account that has been on the system awhile and has another device already set up and working fine (IT Account).

On the new device it is doing the same as the new users devices .

 

We can't see anything different on the users profiles or set up

The only difference is the default Apple apps, that we don't deploy (App store imovies est), are not listing in the user device app section on the management hub.

 

We have also tried on wifi and via mobile data and get the same result.

 

Has something changed on Workspace one recently?

As have made no changes to our management or deployment or profiles for devices.

Looks like the Hub Services integration is misconfigured or broken and the Hub app ends up in Agent only mode. What is the source of authentication in the enrollment settings in UEM(for both UEM or Access as source it should load at least the native apps)?  Do the System Settings in Hub Configuration correctly show the UEM API Url and Group ID? Potentially you need to redo the integration between UEM and Access/Hub Services.
