In my new role at Omnissa I’ve been tasked with working on a Day 2 Ops guide to help our customers be able to feel confident in running the infrastructure that is typically built during a professional services engagement and help expand adoption and use cases. I know that there was some of this constructed during the engagements I have been on, but am curious now what topics would be or have been helpful to have addressed in such a guide. Your input is greatly appreciated as our customers always push us through our collaborative relationship to make a better product.
