True SSO Multiple Accounts

Hi everyone,

I’m using VMware Horizon with True SSO and SAML authentication. It works great when I have a single account, but I’m running into issues when trying to use multiple accounts(have some users with extra accounts). Horizon Client automatically logs in via SAML, and I don’t get the option to switch users or enter different credentials.

Has anyone found a way to manage multiple accounts with True SSO enabled? So i can open 2 accounts?

Hello, try changing the auth method to saml and passthrough, it will prompt you to enter AD creds.
