Keypad and keyboard behavior in Horizon 8

I've been getting reports, seemingly random of the keyboard in a horizon 8 vdi session (windows 10, build 21H2, and 1809) , (horizon client 8.4.1 up to 8.12 ) experiencing odd keyboard problems, specifically the following:

- numlock randomly turns on and off

- caps lock randomly turns on and off.

Only updates to the environment have been windows monthly updates, and vmware tools updates in the gold images.  In some cases, setting the client setting 'automatically sync numlock scroll lock ...' to on, has prevented the issue, but not always.  Keyboards are a mixed bag of generic usb attached keyboards, along with some Logitech programmable keyboards.  I haven't been able to identify any commonalities here.  Its not unique to any one pool, and there are users in each pool that are not experiencing it. I myself can't duplicate the issue with my own account/session, with a generic usb keyboard attached to my laptop, running the same pools.

Has anyone run into this or have an idea of what may be going on?

Maybe these are the issues there

Driver Conflicts: Ensure all keyboard drivers (especially Logitech) are up to date.

Horizon Client Settings: Double-check client settings like ‘automatically sync numlock/scroll lock.’

Windows Updates: Investigate if recent updates may be causing the issue.

Test with Standard Keyboards: Try using only one type of keyboard to identify patterns.

Event Logs: Review for any errors or warnings related to input devices.

I hope this will help you to get resolve your issue.......
