Guna Shekar Posted September 25 Posted September 25 Hi Team, all of the RDSH application is unable to export files/save thru horizon.. The app is published thru RDHS app and we are trying to save data locally on the machine. Our current version of server and agent version is 2312.1 We have crowdstrike in our environment and that doesn't show any denied traffic # Tried to publish a notepad on RDSH and then try to save the file locally - after saving the file first time it goes to not responding mode # Try to uninstall the horizon client 2212.1 and install 2309 and check if the 2212.1 causing the issue -- same issue in 2309 # We are using BLAST # checked horizon client drive redirection TCP port 9427 - its opened from agent to client from client to agent it is blocked. # Try horizon HTML client to connect - able to upload and download the file no issues # Try enabling the horizon Client drive redirection from registry and check if the issue persists - issue is still there Any leads will really help us move forward..
Sean Massey-1 Posted September 25 Posted September 25 Was the Client Drive Redirection component installed when you installed the Horizon Agent? Users are usually prompted to allow Client Drive Redirection when they log in for the first time. Are users getting that prompt? Did they click allow to enable CDR? Are you using DEM? Do you have a smart policy in place to block CDR? Guna Shekar Posted September 27 Author Posted September 27 Thanks for your Updates, we are using Crowdstrike AV on our environment which is forcing it to crash while file saving from RDS session or Application session. Crowdstrike have fixed this issue on Version 7.18 which will alllow to save the docs without crashing
