We've been following this doc to configure this https://techzone.omnissa.com/blog/deploying-horizon-8-and-true-sso-multi-forest-environments

As far as I can tell everything on step 1 is completed 

Step 2 has been completed by our AD/CA team and everything looks in place.

Going into Step 3 - Verify CertState of the Enrollment Server we receive the following message when we run the command targeting the "account forest/domain":

Failed to fetch domain's data: Either domain is invalid or enrollment server is not online

TrueSSO works fine on the "Resource Forest/Domain" and if I target that domain with the command, it shows as valid.

Any hint as to what to look into here to get this going?

Figured it out..

Regardless of what the documentation says the location of the enrollment server matters in the discovery of other forests.
