Tim Posted October 2 Posted October 2 I've been trying to resolve MS Teams audio optimization issues for a while. I would apply the MS Teams audio optimizations using the Horizon extras bundle on a master image. I would take a snapshot and push out the configuration. To my dismay the settings would not show up on the instant clone desktops. This result would show up on existing and new images. I finally opened a support case with Omnissa support. After an hour of troubleshooting and providing logs after logs we finally found the culprit. There was an Active Directory domain policy that was applying a setting called "disable local group policy from executing". Once we changed the domain policy in a test environment the local machine policies started applying and MS Teams audio optimizations started working. If you are experiencing the same issue, double check your Active Directory domain policies. 1
