Hi,

We use Workspace ONE UEM with android 11 on fully managed device.(Zebra)

We use launcher with gmail app. When we want do an attachement, we have an error.  "votre administrateur refuse l'accès à Fichier"

"Fichier" is the application label for com.google.android.documentsui

I don't found in profil management where i  resolve that.

I have whitelisted this app in application group but this not successfull.

I think you need to add "com.google.android.documentsui" in Hidden apps tab of Launcher Layout settings as shown below.

 

This is the problem, the application don't appear in the list when i want to add it in hidden app.

In the past, I had to add "Galerie" application  and this is successfull but for "Fichier" i don't found.

You can add any app identifier by following these steps:
1. Click "Miscellaneous" in Quick Filters.
2. Click the "Add New" button.
3. Enter app name in "App Name" and App Identifier in "App ID" and then click "ADD"
