Not able to open an omnissa support ticket

For the last day or so we have not been able to submit a support ticket. Whenever we click the submit ticket, we get the error "we are experiencing technical issues at the moment. please try again in a few minutes." 

We have tried different browsers, different computers, different networks...nothing has worked. No idea if it is our account or if it is omnissa having issues. It's quite important for us though to submit the issue we are having.

I also failed creating a support case yesterday since I couldn't get passed the "Issue Type". There was no values to choose and not possible to add your own. As the field was required I couldn't push Next..

Hello, 
I am coming back with some guidance on the topic discussed above. For issues like the one described in this post, internal Omnissa teams suggested that the best course of action for customers would be to:

1. Contact your Omnissa account owner/manager and ask them to escalate the issue.

2. Contact Omnissa support phone lines for assistance. Here is a link to a KB containing Omnissa support phone numbers by location: https://kb.omnissa.com/s/article/6000004?lang=en_US&queryTerm=Customer Support Numbers .
