Posted October 10, 2024Oct 10 Anyone else running into "Unable to process Request" in editing Syslog, or Events to file, or Events Settings? With Horizon 2406 build version on Server 2022 Have been able to reproduce on 2 customers and home lab.
October 15, 2024Oct 15 anything showing up in the logs when you attempt to set it? should be something show up in the debug log at least.. what are the repro steps? i just spun up a 2022/2406 box and other than barking at me about no license, seems to set both syslog and file (w/out a database even) without error...

November 22, 2024Nov 22 HI, I have the same problema but when i try to edit the connection settings. We think it may be related to the authentication configuration because we are unable to edit the existing options. They've figured out where the problem is!
November 26, 2024Nov 26 Employee I've had this before, check you can reach the syslog server and port from the connection server where you're configuring the syslog target. Also, depending on the implementation of syslog, do you have it configured to allow connections from the Connection Server?
