After upgrading from version 2312.1 to 2406 we can see the logs but we cannot download them and sort them. Anyone else have this issue? 

Can you tell us where you are looking to download the logs? If its the connection server, you should find an option on the Windows Start Menu > Horizon node that will generate them for you.

Yes I did that and still the same error.
