I've tried to locate where I can subscribe for new releases of Workspace One UEM onpreem.
Any one that can point me to where and how?

I'd recommend reaching out to your Omnissa sales representative through your existing communications channel to get more information on possible ways you can receive updates on Workspace ONE UEM releases.
