chrischay Posted November 15 Posted November 15 Hi, I created a published app and package for RDSH. In my testing I used Notepad++. The app was packaged and published successfully and I can see the the Notepad++ icon in my Horizon client. I launched the app and created a test file and save it. Somehow, when I launch the Notepad++ again, it will open the previously saved file instead of opening a brand new empty Notepad++ file. Any idea what is causing this? Thanks

chrischay Posted November 18 Author Posted November 18 It is opening the last saved file under my profile. The packaging VM is newly built, and Notepad++ is the first package app for testing purposes in this packaging VM. No other app has been packaged yet.
Solution Ivan de Mes Posted November 18 Solution Posted November 18 As far as I know and understand you correctly, this is the default out-of-the-box behavior of Notepad++ and can be adjusted in Preferences > Backup > Remember current session for next launch. 1 Ivan de Mes EUC Architect @ Orange Business (The Netherlands ) EUC Expert | vExpert | Blogger | Public Speaker | Part of the Dutch vEUC TechCon leadership team Blog: https://ivandemes.com | X: @ivandemes | Bluesky: @ivandemes.com | LinkedIn: ivandemes
robryan Posted November 19 Posted November 19 now just don't ask any of us how many "new ##" tabs we have opened every time n++ launches 😄 2
