Hello everyone,
I have a strange problem with Apple devices, on some devices I have profiles that are deleted but I can't see what these profiles are. Can someone tell me what this could be.

The devices are added from the Apple Bussness Manager system, they were added to ABM using the Apple Configurator application from MAC OS, I have a theory that these are WiFi profiles, but I can't confirm it.

I have console version 24.02.0.13

If it is not possible to determine what these devices are, maybe it will be possible to delete these entries?

Sorry for the screenshot in Polish, but that's what I received from the client.

Is that for all users? Did you check the log? Maybe you can find something there. If possible, remove and assign the profile from the device, check that it is working fine, and also try to update the OS.

Check under troubleshooting tab, maybe you'll find something there which profiles got issues getting installed.

Do they reappear after wiping the device and re-enrolling it again? Do you have any blueprints that you pass to the devices through ABM? If so can you remove them in ABM and add the WiFi profiles in WSO? Do the affected iOS devices have anything in common or are different in any kind to iOS devices that don't show these unnamed/removed profiles? Tried researching your problem but couldn't find anything

edit: are you logged in with an account that has the right administrative roles? Just another wild guess to narrow down the problem
