I can't check the network latency using Tracert to SaaS Console (cn1689.awmdm.com)
My security team is concerned about it, can anyone share the information on this?

As a result, attempting to run a traceroute to a SaaS Console endpoint (e.g., cn1689.awmdm.com) often won’t return meaningful network hop information. This is a standard security practice across many cloud-based services to prevent direct mapping of infrastructure.
You should consider HTTPS-based checks or 3rd party monitoring tools that don't rely on ICMP.
