I can't check the network latency using Tracert to SaaS Console (cn1689.awmdm.com)
My security team is concerned about it, can anyone share the information on this?

Workspace ONE UEM SaaS environments are hosted behind load balancers, firewalls, and other security layers that are designed to block or filter certain network probes—including ICMP-based tools like tracert. As a result, attempting to run a traceroute to a SaaS Console endpoint (e.g., cn1689.awmdm.com) often won’t return meaningful network hop information. This is a standard security practice across many cloud-based services to prevent direct mapping of infrastructure.
You should consider HTTPS-based checks or 3rd party monitoring tools that don't rely on ICMP.
