Screen timeout

Hello

Is there any way to set the screen timeout through an MDM-profile for Android devices?

We want to increase it to a couple of minutes for a specific type of devices in our environment

They will not be permanently docked in a charger

Devices from some manufacturers, such as Zebra, allow screen timeout settings in the OEM configuration as follows:

 

Which manufacturer's devices does your organization use?
Some manufacturers offer OEM configuration apps like Zebra that allow you to configure advanced settings.

Samsung (KNOX) enterprise devices 

Yeah i found about Zebra but can't seem to find something regarding Samsung/EMM registred devices

A KNOX license may be required, but the KnoxService Plugin app allows you to configure screen timeout settings.

Assignment > Application Configuration > Device and Settings customization profile (Premium)
 -Configure values in settings menu
  -Name of the Setting item :Display > Screen timeout

As Aikto already mentioned, if you have Samsung devices, use KSP to set the configuration.

We currently only use KME, we have been looking at KNOX E-FOTA so i guess this is yet another reason to have to get the Knox Suite license
