RJEMDM Posted November 29 Posted November 29 Hello, As of late, a number of users with Macs running Sonoma 14.5.1 - 14.7 have reported intelligent hub is not displaying applications in the UI. The only items available in the 'All Apps' section are scripts available to be run.
Employee Sascha Warno Posted November 29 Employee Posted November 29 Scripts are potentially handled differently then apps which would be received through Hub Services. Any issues to connect to the Hub Services/Access URL from the devices? Best is to pull Hub debug logs from the device and have them send to the console.
RJEMDM Posted December 3 Author Posted December 3 No issues connecting to Hub Services/Access URL from the device. I didn't manage to pull Hub logs before asking one of the affected users to update their OS to 14.7.1. Doing so seems to have cured the issue.
RJEMDM Posted December 4 Author Posted December 4 Follow up... The same issue has been noted on a users' Mac running macOS 15.1.1 with Hub v24.07.1 I shall be raising a support ticket for this issue.
Solution RJEMDM Posted 20 hours ago Author Solution Posted 20 hours ago Hi @Sascha Warno - latest release of Hub for Mac (v24.07.2) addresses this known issue. HUBM-8948: Fixed the issue where only web links showed in Intelligent hub instead of Internal apps on several macOS devices. As a customer, am I able to review emerging and acknowledged known issues? It would be helpful in my internal communication to users that a particular issue is known to the vendor with a bug fix activity being worked on. As with this known issue, other than generating a support ticket, we were in the dark. Not a great experience. Thank you.
