As I can see, your device is not up-to-date. If any OS update is available, please update it promptly. If you are facing this issue with only one device, I would suggest unenrolling the device, performing a factory reset, and then doing a fresh enrollment.

Also, please check the certificate settings to ensure that the certificate profile in your management console (WS1) is configured correctly. Verify details such as the certificate name, expiration date, and target devices.

Also , If an existing profile is showing on the device, remove it.

Mason, can you give more context on the issue you are facing?
Is this the only iPad facing this issue? How is it connected to the internet (open carrier network or corporate network)?
Which method are you enrolling this device with (Device enrollment through a profile installation, User enrollment, Apple Business / School Manager)?

I think it's a problem with the cloud service. However, we don't have a system administrator account right now to check whether this problem is the cause. I've also checked the SSL certificate and the APNS certificate. Currently, all iOS devices are unable to register. Our devices are not managed by ABM. As long as users register, the devices are in MDM mode.
