  1. This issue has only started in the past two months, and I haven’t encountered it before. Here are the details from the Event Viewer logs: Outlook EXE Error Log: Application: OUTLOOK.EXE Module: MsoAria.dll, Version: 16.0.17328.20004 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Error offset: 0x00007a82 Naam van toepassing met fout: OUTLOOK.EXE, versie: 16.0.17328.20588, tijdstempel: 0x66de80eb Naam van module met fout: MsoAria.dll, versie: 16.0.17328.20004, tijdstempel: 0x65b85baf Uitzonderingscode: 0xc0000005 Foutmarge: 0x00007a82 Id van proces met fout: 0x34cc Starttijd van toepassing met fout: 0x01db1e0bf0f8aac3 Pad naar toepassing met fout: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE Pad naar module met fout: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\MsoAria.dll Rapport-id: b812868d-cc5f-46cb-a15d-1c6dfbe289aa Volledige pakketnaam met fout: Relatieve toepassings-id van pakket met fout: Toepassing: OUTLOOK.EXE Framework-versie: v4.0.30319 Beschrijving: het proces is beëindigd als gevolg van een onverwerkte uitzondering. 2. Yes we use app volumes latest version(teams is in the template) Already removed app volume from my golden template to test but no succes.
  3. I tried your fix, but it didn’t make a difference. Are there other users experiencing issues after the September updates? I also found this discussion: Azure Virtual Desktop Black Screens on Logins. We’re also getting several "1001 something went wrong" errors in Outlook for some users.
  4. Hello Everyone, Is anyone else experiencing strange issues with Outlook? We're seeing cases where users face problems when starting a new email, causing the client to crash. Additionally, some users are reporting connection issues. We are using Outlook Semi-Annual Channel version 2402 (17328.20588) along with the latest version of FSLogix. I came across this Reddit thread: Recurring Microsoft 365 Authentication Issues in Citrix, which mentions: Did you install the KB5043064 September update? It breaks the broker plugin again due to an issue with the appx. We had multiple customers facing login issues and error 1001 (so tired of this error). We blocked and removed the update from our systems, which fixed the issue. Although it's not specifically a Citrix issue, it seems to occur in combination with FSLogix. Even non-Citrix environments, such as AVD setups using FSLogix, are experiencing the same problem. Has anyone else encountered similar problems? Any insights or solutions would be appreciated.
  5. Hi everyone, I’m using VMware Horizon with True SSO and SAML authentication. It works great when I have a single account, but I’m running into issues when trying to use multiple accounts(have some users with extra accounts). Horizon Client automatically logs in via SAML, and I don’t get the option to switch users or enter different credentials. Has anyone found a way to manage multiple accounts with True SSO enabled? So i can open 2 accounts? Thanks!
  6. Why is in the base image better than a appvolume? tried both with the same outcome.
  7. I made a triggerd task that does the folowing : appvolumes logon-time apps deliverd command : C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe argument : /c start /min "" powershell.exe -WindowStyle Hidden -Command "Start-Sleep -Seconds 15; Start-Process 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\OneDrive.exe'"
  8. Hello Everyone, I’m encountering an issue with the login button at the right top of Outlook. We’ve adjusted some settings in DEM and noticed that the problem seems to be related to the OST file and Outlook (which needs to be enabled to use the OST 😞 ). When I remove the 16.0 folder in the odfc disk, the issue disappears. Additionally, excluding the 16.0\Outlook folder seems to resolve the problem as well. For those of you using FSLogix ODFC containers, do you include Outlook personalization in your configuration? Also, could you share how your DEM configuration looks? ive noticed that when enabling personalisation not everything seems to bee captured? Thank you in advance for your help. Kind regards,
  9. Hello Dominik. Was also thinking of somekind of this solution. to do only is an appx only no msi exe or something so i am not sure it would work.
  10. Hello everyone, Are there any folks here deploying Microsoft Store apps? With Microsoft unfortunately phasing out the Private Store, I'm curious to know how you're managing app deployment. Is sideloading a viable option for anyone? Has anyone had experience using App Volumes for this purpose? Kind regards.
  11. Last what we did was delaying the startup in the appvolume of onedrive for 10 sec and that seems to be needed in this case
  12. The vsto was in a appvolume. the problem was it needed some users keys pre configured..
  13. Yes, it's working great. I'm testing some things now. What I've noticed is that when the enrollment server is down, users are prompted to log in as an administrator. I was hoping it would just let the user typ there login, but instead, they first have to click on 'Change User.' This seems to be why we need two enrollment servers, I guess. Also, I'm checking the CA for the certificates for the logged in user, but I can't find them anywhere?
  14. Added the second domain and now its working!
  15. Unable to perform CertSso, CertSso enabled by Saml_And_CertssoOn, user: , domainName: , domainFqdn: , error details: Domain has no CertSso connector configured. This is what I see in the logs: the Enrollment Server/Connection Server are in one domain, while the users are in another. Could that be the issue?
