Regarding issue 1, you may investigate the system logs to identify any potential problems related to the numeric account during logon. Regarding issue 2, I am uncertain about the location where the user performed the logout. If users logged out from their Horizon session, they can attempt logging off by clicking the 'logoff' button from Horizon Client menu.
