Thank you all for answering my questions. We discovered that the problem is caused by the antivirus; therefore, we tried whitelisting the installation folder to resolve it. But which folders should be whitelisted to resolve this issue?

A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run". I try to uninstall Visual C++ that previously installed, restart and try to re-install the client again. But the same issue appeared.
