We have multiple apple ipad 10th gen devices with a Kiosk profile, and payload application - all our apple devices require a 6 digit PIN to be compliant.
After upgrading to iOS 18 and rebooting the devices asks for the PIN, but the screen is not taking any input.
The only way we can access the device is to reboot and remove the PIN, however this makes the device incompliant and the payload app is uninstalled, so the device now boots with 'Guided Access app unavailable' - at this stage the screen is also not taking any input.
Please advise
