  1. Hello, When adding and assigning a new application version via the API, the “Version” field previously set to “Latest version” becomes empty in the workflow. This happens for all workflows containing the application installation. If you perform the same actions manually from the console, there's no such problem. Do you know how to keep the previous assignment with a workflow? It works for non-workflow assignments with the “carryover_assignments = true” parameter, but not for workflows.

Hello, The connection to the UEM console does not work for synchronized accounts that are members of the Active Directory “Protected users” group (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/security/credentials-protection-and-management/protected-users-security-group). The error is as follows: The supplied credential is invalid We think this is because ACC uses NTLM. In the “Directory services” settings, we have chosen “GSS-Negotiate” for authentication mode. When we want to use Kerberos, we get the following error: Directory call failed. System.DirectoryServices.Protocols.LdapException: Error code:82 User Name: Error Details: What settings do we need to make in order to use Kerberos? Or how can I connect with “protected users” accounts?

  5. Hello @Sascha Warno, The CN1300 update was scheduled from September 24, 2024 09:00PM USEAST to Wednesday, September 25, 2024 01:00AM USEAST. We received the update completion email yesterday morning. We are now in 24.06 (see screenshot). But no menu for multi-user management.
  6. Hello @Sascha Warno, I've read the documentation. In order to activate “Omnissa Identity Services”, it says to go to the “Workspace ONE Cloud Admin Hub”. I'm not familiar with this portal? Today we have access to Workspace ONE UEM and from this portal we can connect to the following services only: Workspace ONE Hub Services Workspace ONE Access Workspace ONE Intelligence And in the bottom right-hand corner, in very small print, I see : VMware Cloud Services Status VMware Cloud Services Enabled:No Am I to understand that for the moment this is not available to us?

  8. Hi, Following the update to 24.06, we do not see the Windows multi-user mode. The menus “Admin - Migrate to Multi User”, “Admin - Change to Single User”, “Admin - Change to Multi User” are not present. Is it necessary to activate some parameter in order for this menu to appear?
  9. Hello, Our Workspace One UEM environment is currently connected to several On-Premise Active Directory directories to synchronize users AND join Windows devices to the domain. One AD forest contains users (synchronized on Entra Id) and another forest contains the devices. We would like to change this configuration to use the Entra Id directory instead of the On-Premise Active Directory to synchronize users from Entra Id. Is it possible to have a Workspace One UEM tenant or an OG Customer test/sandbox to run tests without disrupting our production, given that we're on a SaaS instance? Do you have any feedback on a similar switchover? What are the impacts on devices already enrolled? Is it possible to continue join devices to the On-Premise Active Directory domain? Thank you
