Action Required for Workspace ONE Tunnel for iOS
Hello, In accordance with your KB https://kb.omnissa.com/s/article/6000683, I have deployed the new tunnel application on my iPhone fleet. In order not to disrupt production, I created a 2nd temporary VPN profile in which I added the bundle ID ‘com.ws1.ios-tunnel’. I assigned this profile to an allocation group containing only my smartphone for testing purposes. When I try to join a tunnelled application, I can see the old tunnel application turning green, which is a sign that the tunnel is going up properly, and then it switches automatically to the new application. On the other hand, it says ‘Connection available’ but the tunnel doesn't go up, and I get the following error message in the logs: ‘Ws1SdkManager: Skipped SDK initialization: Not standalone enrolled or RapidDTR not enabled’. Do you have any idea what to do about this problem? Thanks in advance Best regards

Enrolment IOS KO with Dep Programm since this Week
hello since the last update , impossible to enrol our IOS mobile phones In fact, we had a whole bunch of DEP profiles on Workspace One so that users only had to enter their login and password, Now we have a timeout, I've reset the token between Apple and Workspace One, same problem, has anyone had this problem? The iPhone sees that it's linked to a DEP account, but then nothing happens.

Waiting for the management server after log and Password with DEP Enrolment
Hi, I created a DEP profile to wrap my MacOs, All my DEP profiles work for my IOS But when I want to wrap my MacOs after switch on, I get the login screen so I can enter my login and password, I fill in the fields and the wrapping is accepted, Then I get a page that keeps turning up ‘Waiting for the management server’ and I often see the ‘address of my CnXXX.awmdm.com’ then ‘Waiting for the management server’. My Mac appears embedded in the Workspace One UEM console but no profile comes down .... after factory reset of MacOS I test again and it passes, I take another mac, same .... this problem is random .... I may have missed something in my settings but the randomness makes me wonder. It's not a network problem, I tested on an internet network without a firewall and found the same thing. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance, Regards Maxime Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
