  1. The best solution here is to contact support. Some of these could be license migration or entitlement issues, but support is going to have the ability to resolve it. Are you navigating to the the downloads section to directly? Have you tried going to the Horizon downloads and then selecting your entitled version from there?
  2. Are you able to describe the situation a little bit more? What exactly is crashing?
  3. Where is VSTO located? Is it installed in an app volumes package or in the gold image? What versions of Horizon and app volumes are you running?
  4. So, you mention "app stack" and other applications. Were these app stacks that came over from 2.x or were they captured natively on a modern version of app volumes? Generally speaking, with app volumes 4, it's better to capture individual applications rather than having these large app stacks. Have you tested with updating your app volumes agent? It would seem to me that the issue is some user state data that must be getting captured by fslogix. Have you tried disabling fslogix on a test image post upgrade?
  5. The updated KB is still being created. I will post it here when available.
  6. What version of app volumes manger and agent are you running? What version of app volumes did you capture on?
  7. As of 2212, horizon supports MAK and KMS activation. As long as you have sufficient MAK keys, you can use them. https://docs.omnissa.com/bundle/Desktops-and-Applications-in-HorizonV2312/page/ActivatingWindowsonInstantClones.html
