  1. A good idea for partners who frequently deploy new customers and want to automate repetitive tasks.
  2. Unfortunately, I don't have the answer but you should be aware 23.06 is now officially out of support. Be prepared to upgrade.
  3. This has now been published on our public-facing website. Adding the link here as I think this thread is the top Google result when searching for the Editions Comparison Table. https://www.omnissa.com/workspace-one-editions/

  5. @Saurabh J the key piece is "without authentication". A guest or hidden network would just be the easiest way to lock a network down without impacting access to other resources. I'm unable to test here, and considering the linked thread is 7 years old, I'm surprised there isn't an easier solution than connecting via ethernet. All this goes away, though, if Lost Mode isn't used. In this instance, it is being used for the wrong purpose.
  6. To add to the other suggestions, I think using a guest/hidden Wi-Fi network without any authentication may work. You can lock that network down to the bare minimum requirements for MDM.
  7. An issue that I have seen many customers on-premise environment have is that they have configured everything at Global. Even in a dedicated SaaS environment, Global is reserved for our SaaS Operations to access and manage. If you have any configuration at Global, such as directory integration, you should plan to move this to a child group set to a customer type. You will also only be able to have 1 customer type OG. Post-migration, this will be linked to the back office tools required to manage your subscriptions and provision features based on entitlements. EDIT - something you haven't explicitly stated is whether you are migrating the whole WS1 environment to Omnissa hosting or just setting up a new tenant in an Omnissa-hosted environment. Can you confirm which?
  8. Hi @ahmad090, I think this would be better to discuss with a Partner Business Manager, so that we can ensure your sellers are enabled properly. Do you know who your PBM is? I can help track them down if you don't know. Thanks, Matt
  9. @Maelot unless there is a known issue I'm not aware of, this doesn't sound like an issue that will be resolved by an upgrade. Can you share more information about your use cases?
  10. You can find the available settings here - https://docs.omnissa.com/bundle/WorkspaceONEBoxerAdminGuide/page/ApplicationConfigurations.html I'm curious if this will work with another MDM or not. To my knowledge, we haven't sold Boxer standalone subscriptions for a long time, so even if it works, it's not licenced or supported.
  11. @MirkoS I've onboarded MSPs to DWPG recently with no issues. Have you got an Omnissa PBM? You can direct them my way if they don't know what to do.
  12. @Simon Frankiewicz My concern with directly upgrading to 24.02 or above is that there is no timeframe for both 21.11 and 24.02 to be supported, so the upgrade path is likely untested. It may work, but being untested means it's probably unsupported, and that's going to potentially create issues with getting any support in the future if problems arise.
  13. @Randy Fabriano Ririhena your understanding is essentially correct. The QR code is triggering the same flow but is a user-initiated flow instead of using the Refresh Command via MDM. Both approaches get the device to reach out to a defined URL. I've demonstrated this live before with a carrier, and you should see the appropriate screen appear immediately. If you are seeing issues, assuming the URL you are using is correct, the problem is likely on the carrier side. MDM isn't involved in downloading the plan.
  14. Hi @shinya kamamoto, @Masato Narishige is correct in their explanation of Mobile Essentials and the Use Case-Based and Bundle Offers. The Intelligence add-on includes capabilities already part of the Essentials offers, so the Intelligence add-on is not available if you are looking at the Use Cased Based Offers. Something to be aware of is the Intelligence add-on includes capabilities found in the Workspace ONE Experience Management and Workspace One Risk Analytics add-ons. To make it simpler, you will want to stick to either the Use Case Based offers or the Bundle offers. There shouldn't be a need to mix and match. Regarding the Frontline Worker add-on. The name is "Workspace ONE Frontline Worker".
  15. @MikeAcevedo I've raised this with your account team, as I think you will need a lot of support here. 2111 is a long way out of support and I suspect you will need to perform multiple upgrades to get back to a supported version.
  16. Maybe I'm missing something but it sounds like if you need to do this, the OG structure built is not fit for purpose and that should be corrected. There will almost certainly be other issues going forward if you need to do this. If you move the devices to a child OG with the same parent OG of the OG you are trying to exclude, the assignment group is easily configurable to exclude the required OG.
