If you expand the Snapshot column from your screenshot (the one with the value "VM Snapshot 10..." wide enough that you have the full name of the snapshot plus some extra space, is there an "i" icon at the end of the snapshot name that you can click on? Something like:

Depending on how long the Horizon environment has been around, you may want to check the message security mode. I don't recall exactly which version I was moving from or to, but made a fairly large jump in my environment not too long ago and the installer flagged my MIXED mode as being an issue. I successfully migrated to ENHANCED and completed the upgrade, but was a bit of surprise to have to work into the plans. https://kb.omnissa.com/s/article/90251 - I didn't have a described failure post-upgrade, but otherwise discussion here is related.
