  1. Hi @Sascha Warno - latest release of Hub for Mac (v24.07.2) addresses this known issue. HUBM-8948: Fixed the issue where only web links showed in Intelligent hub instead of Internal apps on several macOS devices. As a customer, am I able to review emerging and acknowledged known issues? It would be helpful in my internal communication to users that a particular issue is known to the vendor with a bug fix activity being worked on. As with this known issue, other than generating a support ticket, we were in the dark. Not a great experience. Thank you.
  2. Follow up... The same issue has been noted on a users' Mac running macOS 15.1.1 with Hub v24.07.1 I shall be raising a support ticket for this issue.
  3. No issues connecting to Hub Services/Access URL from the device. I didn't manage to pull Hub logs before asking one of the affected users to update their OS to 14.7.1. Doing so seems to have cured the issue.
  4. Hello, As of late, a number of users with Macs running Sonoma 14.5.1 - 14.7 have reported intelligent hub is not displaying applications in the UI. The only items available in the 'All Apps' section are scripts available to be run.
  5. Thanks for update and link to a KB @Maxime LELEU. At least Omnissa Support are aware with an active fix due.
  6. Hi @Jason Misleh & @Maxime LELEU - The issue appears to have cured itself. Validated multiple times with different Macs running various OS versions. I did not raise a technical support ticket in the end.
  7. Hi @Jason Misleh - Turning off 'awaiting configuration' in the DEP did not cure the issue. I will raise a technical support case.
  8. Thanks @Jason Misleh - I tried your recommendation and took it one step further stripping back the build to deploy 0 apps and 0 profiles to rule out a profile or app getting stuck during provisioning. The problem persists. What are the next steps, please.
  9. @Maxpong - I am also seeing this problem when enrolling a Mac for testing. The process hangs at the 'Remote Management' screen looping between 'Waiting for management server' and 'Connecting to cnXXXX.awmdm.com...'
