Omnissa Tech Deep Dive: Getting Account-Driven User Enrollment Right on iOS 27

UTC

Account-Driven User Enrollment (ADUE) is Apple's modern way to enroll personal and BYOD devices with Workspace ONE UEM, and it's gotten a lot easier with UEM 2602's built-in hosting support.

In this session, we'll cover what ADUE is, how it compares to older enrollment methods, and what's changed recently for admins setting it up. We'll also walk through a real troubleshooting story—an enrollment failure I hit in my own test environment—showing the mistakes we made along the way and how we eventually found the actual cause.

You'll walk away with a practical checklist of things to check when ADUE isn't working, plus a few lessons learned the hard way from our own support and engineering teams.

Don't miss out, RSVP!
