Rondelltron Posted July 17 Share Posted July 17 Good day WS1 world: we seem to be having an issue where our conditional access integration is broken . A user can go through registration and they get the last pop up saying registration went through , you now have access to stuff etc . But when we check intune the device info is weird , it has a different dns name vs the computer name and a plethora of fields are not filled in when compared to devices that registered properly . right no one new can register with conditional access and we were able to pinpoint the day it started as well but we can confirm we did no changes to our environment . Employee Sascha Warno Posted July 18 Employee Share Posted July 18 do you see any entries in the device > conditional access logs? does the device show a green checkmark for the Azure Active Directory Registration in details? Some generic checks, do the users have Intune licenses? Are they included in the Intune Partner compliance settings?
