The way it came through, the link is resolving to an odd thumbprint not information to an error code on our WS1 products. Are you able to possibly save the picture and upload as an attachment? But after migrating from Vmware to Omnissa all message templates have an element that doesn't load. Link to the logo that is out of date because it should no longer be Vmware, but Omnissa.
