  1. In case you missed it, Workspace ONE UEM supports Apple's Platform Single Sign-On capability for macOS with Okta (Okta is the only IdP that has full functionality with PSSO as of right now). See our blog on this topic HERE. "Workspace ONE can be used to configure Platform SSO for macOS during enrollment so users can log in with their corporate credentials instead of a local account. Platform SSO integrates with the organization’s chosen identity provider (IdP) to sync a user’s corporate credentials with a macOS user account. In Workspace ONE UEM 23.10, we introduced the Platform SSO profile keys that allow IT admins to configure Sonoma-based Macs with Platform SSO and Okta. Platform SSO is configured from the Workspace ONE console by assigning a macOS profile to a group of devices. The SSO profile offers all the Platform SSO configuration keys required to integrate with Okta." View this detailed tutorial to get started setting up your Platform SSO within Workspace ONE.
  2. In Case you Missed It: Workspace ONE UEM Supports Declarative Device Management for iOS and iPadOS. See our blog post on this topic HERE. "Omnissa Workspace ONE® UEM now supports declarative device management (DDM) for iOS and iPadOS with the release of v2406! This phase of our declaration functionality allows Workspace ONE admins to deploy declarative configurations and assets to managed devices and implement the software update enforcement capability included in DDM. We have also introduced the declarative status channel so Workspace ONE can collect — and display — install status on any deployed declarations." Note: DDM functionality requires Workspace ONE modern architecture. To learn more about modern architecture, please see this Tech Zone article: Workspace ONE UEM Modernization Wave 1.
  3. In case you missed it, Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management supports macOS Sequoia. See our blog on this topic HERE. "Apple has officially released macOS 15 Sequoia to the public, marking another milestone in their innovative history. The Omnissa team is excited to announce that Workspace ONE® UEM supports macOS 15 Sequoia, empowering organizations to seamlessly integrate this new OS into their environments. Organizations that wish to adopt Sequoia for their managed macOS devices can immediately update existing devices and enroll new ones."
  4. In case you missed it, check out our recent blog on this topic HERE: "On September 16, 2024, Apple released iOS 18. Omnissa is proud to announce “day zero” support for iOS 18 in Workspace ONE® UEM, empowering organizations to seamlessly integrate the new operating system into their environments. With Workspace ONE, organizations that are ready to adopt iOS 18 for their managed iPhones and iPads can immediately update existing devices and enroll new ones."
