  1. Correct, enrollments with an iOS staging user via Apple Configurator does not install the Hub app so we cannot onboard devices. The device also fails to stay connected to the console after initial management profile install. Do you have an ETA on the fix?
  2. Hi Brad, I haven’t received any responses. We’re not able to onboard any new customers or employees at this time.
  3. I'm seeing this as well across my entire fleet. I also opened another thread in this forum that Hub will not install on a Supervised device after enrollment via Apple Configurator (meaning I have no way of onboarding new devices as of the same time @Brad D. reported).
  4. We've been a customer of Workspace One for over 8 years with 135 iOS devices. Our process when a new device is added is to connect the device to Apple Configurator and Prepare the device. The device is now supervised and shows in our Device List as the Staging User. Usually within 30 seconds the new supervised device gets the Intelligent One Hub app. This is no longer occurring. I have another 50 iOS devices on 17.4 that will not update to the latest version of Hub.
  5. We've attempted to enroll 5 new devices today; they show up in the Device list as our staging user but the Intelligent Hub app is not installing. It shows in the Troubleshooting log that it's attempting to install. Is this related? https://kb.omnissa.com/s/article/6000198
