    Hi Dan, as of Horizon Cloud next-gen 2408 service release, drain mode functionality is available. From the release notes: "Administrators can select one or more multi-session VMs within a pool and configure Login Mode to aid with maintenance workflows. Login mode states that are configured directly on multi-session VMs (for example, by using the Windows change logon command line) are also reflected in the Horizon Universal Console." Jon

    Good to hear Bill. I have seen an internal ticket that might be related, whereby certain characters in the password are possibly not being handled correctly by the Edge Gateway. £ or / may be the culprits, although I don't see a full root cause.

    Bill, do you have Horizon Edge Gateway deployed? And if so, is it using the "old" service account to connect to the Connection Server?
