Hello Andreano, now I get the below, as I cant reach it externally before. but still the tunnel app show the same msg.

Dears, I am trying to publish the tunnel service on UEM that implement on UAG (with cascade mode) on AVI NSX advanced LB. it appears on the external device that (authentication certificate are not present) , knowing that when I try on an internal device by enrolling with backend server , the tunnel app appeared as traffic rules not present . anyone can help please?

error code 444 when Load balance WS1 Access on AVI

thanks @Graeme Gordon . I solved it by check the rewrite host header to server name. but actually my problem now is when I integrate it with UEM , so when I start the enrollment and ad group ID, it redirect me to the ws1 access and I when I add the AD, it give me an error that invalid and forword me to the normal AIRWATCH login not that for ws1 access as below

I tried to load balance ws1 access server on AVI LB but i got http error code 444 . any help please

Hello @Sascha Warno ,, I face the same error when I try to publish the ws1 access on AVI. I try to check the SSL profile put unfortunately cant solve it. I found the below logs on WS1 access server. can you help in that?

Hello Andreano,, Actually I add the device services server certificate not the uem server certificate to the VIP . Why should i add uem not ds certificate to the vip? @Andreano Lanusse
