Employee Andrew Osborn Posted May 9 Employee Share Posted May 9 (edited) Leveraging Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM) to Enhance Security for Zero Trust This article shows you how Omnissa's Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM) helps with user profiles, dynamic & smart policies, settings, and more when users connect to Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) sessions. Policies dynamically adjust to changing circumstances, such as whether the user is accessing a session from an office or while traveling. All devices are supported, including cloud-hosted, virtual, and physical desktops. In this tutorial, we will address the following: How to provide dynamic security enforcement based on profile parameters set within DEM for a Horizon session leveraging ‘Smart Policies’. Leveraging DEM’s profile configuration management within Smart Polices to trigger enforcement. Providing security for allowed network access and functions within a Horizon session. Employee Pim Van De Vis Posted May 17 Employee Share Posted May 17 Great article. Is this already published? I can think of some other things you can do with DEM to enhance security and work towards a zero trust model. Do you want me to contribute?
