futureaw
We've attempted to enroll 5 new devices today; they show up in the Device list as our staging user but the Intelligent Hub app is not installing. It shows in the Troubleshooting log that it's attempting to install. Is this related? https://kb.omnissa.com/s/article/6000198 Edited Tuesday at 11:12 PM by futureaw spelling
Employee Sascha Warno Posted Wednesday at 09:13 AM Employee Share Posted Wednesday at 09:13 AM (edited) This should be something different. Intelligent Hub for iOS is installed through the Appstore and not from a repository like Hub on macOS. What exactly is the message? What is the connectivity for those devices? Internal WiFi or cellular network? Edited Wednesday at 09:14 AM by Sascha Warno
futureaw
We've been a customer of Workspace One for over 8 years with 135 iOS devices. Our process when a new device is added is to connect the device to Apple Configurator and Prepare the device. The device is now supervised and shows in our Device List as the Staging User. Usually within 30 seconds the new supervised device gets the Intelligent One Hub app. This is no longer occurring. I have another 50 iOS devices on 17.4 that will not update to the latest version of Hub.
