Whenever we click the submit ticket, we get the error "we are experiencing technical issues at the moment. please try again in a few minutes." We have tried different browsers, different computers, different networks...nothing has worked. No idea if it is our account or if it is omnissa having issues. PG1st Posted October 4 Share Posted October 4 I also failed creating a support case yesterday since I couldn't get passed the "Issue Type". For issues like the one described in this post, internal Omnissa teams suggested that the best course of action for customers would be to: 1. Contact your Omnissa account owner/manager and ask them to escalate the issue. 2. Contact Omnissa support phone lines for assistance.
