cpres
Environment: Horizon 8.8.0 version 2212 RDSH hosts setup via Instant Clones Everyone accesses the various apps via the Horizon Client. What I am trying to do is when they connect it will also logon to OneDrive so everything is synchronized. I have tried the following options: Confirmed the following registry key is set HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\OneDrive SilentAccountConfig is set to 1 Confirm that ClientEverSignedIn and SilentBusinessConfigCompleted in HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\OneDrive are both set to 1. The only way I have been able to get it properly working is if I create a separate OneDrive icon, open that up and then the files will sync. But I was hoping to avoid that extra step instead of telling all the users they need to take that extra step to get their files to sync. I did fine one other site that mentions setting HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive DisableFileSyncNGSC to 0, but that key does not exist on the golden image. Anyone have any other suggestions to ensure that it will start up properly upon launch with no additional action needed from the users. Administrators Holly Lehman Posted 21 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 21 hours ago Hello @cpres Although, I am certainly not the main person on this topic, I am reaching out to a SME on this, but I would encourage you to check out this Tech Zone article and see if you find it useful: https://techzone.omnissa.com/resource/best-practices-delivering-microsoft-office-365-vmware-horizon#microsoft-drive-sync-app
cpres
Thank you for the link. Unfortunately that does not provide any solution. I am not having an issue with the Files on Demand since the files are there, but nothing is syncing to the cloud. From what I can tell the program won't open at login like it does on a normal desktop. If there is a way to have it startup when you logon to the RDSH host, I am hoping that would solve the problem.
